Nigerian music legend Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba (formerly 2Face), has once again become the centre of social media attention after he was reportedly spotted spending time with his ex-wife, actress Annie Macaulay.
Videos and photos circulating online over the weekend appear to show the former couple together at a nightclub, where they were seen hugging, dancing and enjoying each other’s company. The clips quickly fueled speculation among fans that the two may have reconciled following their widely publicised separation.
However, there is no official confirmation that 2Baba and Annie have reunited. In fact, Annie appeared to respond indirectly to the rumours through a cryptic social media post, which many interpreted as dismissing claims that they are back together. Several reports also noted that some of the videos being shared online were old clips that resurfaced, contributing to the confusion.
The latest development comes months after 2Baba publicly addressed rumours surrounding his personal life, including speculation about Annie and his relationship with Natasha Osawaru.
