Defending champions Arsenal began the 2026/27 Premier League season in commanding fashion with a 3–0 victory over newly promoted Coventry City.
Kai Havertz, Bukayo Saka and Martin Ødegaard scored as Arsenal dominated the season’s opening match and handed Coventry City a difficult return to the Premier League.
